Thomas P. Keig, MBA and CMB - President
Tom's commercial banking experience began when he joined Pacific Southwest Mortgage in 1985 in their San Diego office. In 1987 he moved back to his native Phoenix , joined the H.S. Pickrell Company in 1988 and opened Keig Financial Corporation in April of 1990. Tom's commercial finance experience includes permanent loan originations, joint ventures, landsale-leasebacks and equities. He has completed numerous real estate, appraisal, and financial analysis courses. Tom is an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America, often teaching courses for them. He received his Certified Mortgage Banker designation in 1995. Tom serves as Director of the Board and a member of the Executive Nominating Committee at Arizona Bank and Trust. He is also a Board member of the Arizona Retina Research Foundation.

Susan Mayberry – Vice President, Servicing Department, Secretary/Treasurer
Susan has been a part of Keig Financial since its opening in 1990. Prior to Keig Financial she held position as the Executive Secretary to the President and Vice President of H.S. Pickrell Company for thirteen years. In addition to overseeing the corporate operations of Keig Financial, she manages the Servicing Department.

Bridget Lewis – Loan Closer
Bridget came to Keig Financial in August of 2005 to work as a loan closer when her mom retired from the same position after twelve years with the company. Bridget previously interned at Keig during her summer breaks from the University of Southern California ; where she received a Bachelors Degree in Psychology. Bridget is also a member of the Urban Land Institute Young Leaders Group.

Raymond H. Carter, CMB
Ray Carter joined Keig Financial as a Loan Officer in November 2009, with over 35 years experience in banking, mortgage banking, and real estate development. After graduating from the University of Georgia, Ray served in the U.S. Air Force and then started his banking career in Georgia. He relocated to Arizona to work for Arizona Bank, and eventually advanced to Senior Vice President of Commercial Real Estate with Security Pacific Bank. For the past 14 years, Ray has worked for the Globe Corporation where he was responsible for real estate development and management of the company’s real estate investments. Ray earned the Certified Mortgage Bankers’ certification from the Mortgage Bankers Association, and also holds an Arizona Real Estate Broker’s license. Ray and his wife, Patti, have three children.

Leslie McKenna – Commercial Loan Assistant
Leslie joins us as a Commercial Loan Assistant. Leslie originates from Des Moines, Iowa and is a graduate of Arizona State University. She has two children – Christopher, 19 and Erin, 16. Leslie will be working closely with Susan and Bridget in a support position.
